Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
2. An opening/unboxing video of the package is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
3. Exchanges are applicable only in cases where the wrong size has been delivered.
4. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
5. Requests submitted without a proper opening/unboxing video will not be accepted.
6. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Once the return/exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the further process.
